Building Communities Where Cancer Survivors Thrive

At K3 Holdings and Alpine LA Properties, we truly believe no one faces cancer alone. It takes a whole community, a caring, strong, and committed community, to walk this journey together.

On National Cancer Survivors Day, which we observe every first Sunday in June, we join the nation in celebrating those who have faced cancer head-on. We honor the survivors, people who have lived through uncertainty, fought through treatment, and come out the other side with incredible stories of courage and hope. And we also want to recognize everyone who stands beside them, supporting them every step of the way.

Behind every survivor is a team. There is also a place to rest, heal, and rebuild. That’s why we believe having a safe, stable, and comfortable home isn’t just a nice-to-have—it is absolutely essential.

For anyone dealing with cancer, home is so much more than just four walls. It’s a sanctuary. It’s where healing really happens after a tough day of treatment. It’s where kids find comfort, caregivers recharge, and families come together through all the ups and downs. At K3, we see firsthand how access to quality housing and strong communities plays a critical role in that healing process.

Our commitment goes beyond just buildings and neighborhoods. We’re dedicated to creating places where people can build stability, find hope, and create a better future.
